Jeff McKean, Principal Attorney
Jeff graduated cum laude from Indiana University School of Law. Upon graduation he joined Wooden & McLaughlin, LLP in Indianapolis, advancing to partner in 1986. Jeff practiced commercial law at Wooden & McLaughlin, litigating civil lawsuits and product liability cases. Jeff founded McKean Law Firm, P. C. in 2004, specializing in alcoholic beverage law. He has received numerous professional and industry awards and honors.
David Rothenberg, Attorney
David, a graduate of the Indiana University School of Law, joined McKean Law Firm in 2017. David previously served as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office. Prior to joining McKean Law Firm, David served as Executive Secretary and Hearing Judge at the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission. Before entering the legal profession David worked in his family’s business, which owned and operated franchised restaurants in the Indianapolis area.
Dan deRoziere, Paralegal
Dan is a graduate of Purdue University. Upon graduation, Dan served as Processor at the Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission. He became Primary Alcohol License Processor in 2014. Dan joined McKean Law Firm in 2015.
Jane Gentry, Legal Assistant
Jane is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington with a professional background in education and corporate training.
Thomas McKean, Business Manager
Tom joined McKean Law Firm following a thirty year career in the utility and energy marketing industries. His background includes various sales, marketing, and senior management positions.
